121. Reciprocal Links

Reciprocal links are nothing but link exchanges that webmasters do very often to support each other. Google has stated in this document that excessive link exchanges can negatively impact organic search results.

122. User Generated Content Links

Google calls this ‘User Generated Spam’. Too many user-generated spammy links can lead to manual penalty/action of a website from Google. Google can easily recognize links from UGC content or forums and original sites. Example: Difference between links from example.com and community.example.com

123. Links from 301

Links from 301 redirects are similar to direct links. They are not as powerful as direct links as they lose a bit of link juice.

124. Schema.org Usage

Using Schema Markup on your web pages can help rank above the ones that do not use structured data. The use of schema markup boosts the ranking of pages with fewer backlinks.

125. TrustRank of Linking Site

TrustRank is one of the most overlooked factors in the SEO industry. The trust passed onto a website with backlinks depends on how trustworthy the other site is. 

126. Number of Outbound Links on Page

Here, the outbound links on a page are related to PageRank. A page with more outbound links passes less PageRank compared to one with more external links.

127. Forum Links

Forums links are considered spam by Google. Such backlinks do not help in search rankings and Google devalues this on a large scale.

128. Word Count of Linking Content

This is a minor ranking factor. Backlinks from a page with 1500 words are much better than one with a 50-word snippet.

129. Quality of Linking Content

Links from bad quality content or generally speaking spun content are not trustworthy and hence do not pass much value as compared to well-written content. 

130. Sitewide Links

Sitewide Links are the links placed on the footer, sidebar, navigation bar, and popups. Google has confirmed that sitewide links are compressed as a single link.
